ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Position Description: In this developmental rotation you will be trained in HB’s enterprise sales methodology while supporting the HB sales team.
  • Day to Day Responsibilities: Research and qualify target prospects, build your own personal network to originate new opportunities, shadow experienced sellers and consultants, initiate new prospect dialogues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training & Development: You will work alongside sellers and benefits consultants with decades of industry experience to build your professional and technical expertise while completing a customized curriculum from the Franklin Covey Sales Performance Practice. Your assigned sales coach and mentors will meet with you regularly to monitor your development and provide feedback.
  • Professional Networking: You will be taught how to build a professional network and cultivate centers of influence.
  • Market Research: You will leverage a sales tech stack that includes Salesforce as well as industry specific tools for identifying future Henderson Brothers clients and designing outreach strategies that provide value and engage buyers.
  • Opportunity Origination: You will deploy your training through a variety of methods to originate new business opportunities for the benefits sales team while also developing the ability to set-up cross sell introductions for other lines of business at Henderson Brothers
QUALIFCATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in the following fields preferred:
    • Sales or Marketing
    • Business/Business Administration
    • Communications
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in B2B consultative selling and advisement.
