Title: Data Analyst – Healthcare Insights Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Responsibilities: Analyze financial and clinical medical and prescription drug data, organize data insights, execute and deliver client reports, present outcomes to clients and HB employees

POSITION DETAILS
Expect your typical day as a Data Analyst – Healthcare Insights Specialist to be focused on the following initiatives:

Data Analysis: Analyze financial and clinical medical and prescription drug data, Interpret and organize data insights in the form of client deliverables, Conduct internal data reviews with consulting team members
Documentation Management: Develop and maintain a library of client and prospect deliverables, Execute and deliver ad hoc client reports and data projects
Effective Communication: Communicate and present findings to internal team members and Henderson Brothers clients

Bachelor’s degree-Preferred; Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics or Management Information Systems, or any other related field.
Equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
Experience with descriptive and predictive data analytics- preferred
Experience in creating data driven reporting, modeling and forecasting
Base understanding of data science
Experience in population health management-preferred
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office products
Exposure to Cedar Gate or other data analytics platforms- preferred
