We’re looking for a Pharmacy Benefits Consultant to join our growing Pharmacy Consulting Practice and help clients navigate the ever-evolving pharmacy benefits landscape.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work alongside our Director of Pharmacy, leveraging your expertise to help clients design, implement, and manage pharmacy benefit strategies that are cost-effective, clinically sound, and future-ready.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work alongside our Director of Pharmacy, leveraging your expertise to help clients design, implement, and manage pharmacy benefit strategies that are cost-effective, clinically sound, and future-ready.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on pharmacy benefits design, utilization, PBM performance, and emerging trends
- Lead quarterly performance reviews, renewals, and ongoing pharmacy strategy discussions
- Deliver insights through detailed data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for optimization and cost containment
- Support RFP processes, PBM implementations, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants, data analysts, and health strategists, to build integrated health and welfare strategies
- Present solutions and strategies to both clients and prospects, supporting sales and client retention
- All other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field
- 5+ years of pharmacy benefits consulting or experience within a provider organization
- Expertise in PBM operations, plan design, industry compliance, and clinical cost-containment strategies
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Data-driven decision making and strategic problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Epic or Applied Systems a plus)
- A proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
